My First Radio Appearance at the TBS Radio Program (Oct. 4, 2021)
I was invited to a TBS Radio Program on Oct. 4, 2021. It was a few weeks after the Canadian Federal Election and the day when Mr. Fumio Kishida was designated as the new Prime Minister of Japan.
The theme of the program that day was "why we can't choose the prime minister directly"? I was expected to compare the Japanese and Canadian political systems and explain the important features of the parliamentary cabinet system. Answering the radio personality's questions, I talked for about 40 minutes on the show.
